On-site extras

We enjoy working with other local businesses to offer our guests the chance to incorporate unique experiences into their stay with us. Below you will find information on our current collaborations. If you're a local business owner and would like to discuss collaboration opportunities, please get in touch.

Nordic Walking

We are excited to have collaborated with local Nordic Walking coach, Josine, to offer our guests the unique opportunity to add a Nordic walking lesson and/or walk to their stay at Honnington Farm.

Josine offers a variety of on-site and off-site routes that explore the beautiful countryside and surrounding areas in which we are located.

A little bit about Nordic Walking…

Nordic walking incorporates the use of poles (different to trekking poles) to encourage core engagement and the use of the upper body, as well as lower body, making for an effective full-body work-out. The poles help to propel you along, so although more calorie-burning than standard walking, it shouldn’t necessarily feel more difficult!

Guests can choose to complete their walk without poles with Josine as a guide, if preferred.

How to book

Adding a walking session with Josine is a fantastic way to integrate some exercise into your trip, perhaps learn a new skill, all whilst having some fun right in the heart of the Garden of England.

For more information on the walking activities Josine offers our glamping guests, or to book a session with her during your stay, please follow the link to her website walx.co.uk/groups/walx-tonbridge-tunbridge-wells/. Or, contact her directly via phone 07799 037557 or email josine@nwuktonbridge.co.uk.

Paddleboarding

How about adding a stand-up paddleboarding session to your stay? We've teamed up with our local paddleboarding instructor, Ana, who offers a variety of different sessions either here at Honnington Farm, or on the local River Medway. Ana's sessions are family friendly and you don't need to be an experienced paddleboarder to get involved!

How to book

To book a session on the lake here at Honnington Farm, please use the following link: https://eola.co/w/1782/activities/private-lake-lesson.

For further information on paddleboarding, please contact Ana directly on 07944 614820.

*Please note there is strictly no access to the lake to glamping guests unless you have a paddleboarding session booked with Ana. Those booked for a session are required to meet Ana at the designated meeting point to be accompanied down to the lake. The lake is privately owned and therefore any guests found at the lake unaccompanied by Ana are trespassing and will have their stay terminated without refund.
